Innovative Technologist and Strategic Leader in Digital Transformation
My name is Bouzouf Hamza, and I am a 26-year-old developer with a rich background in various technologies and management roles. I have honed my skills in Java, Spring, and React through diverse projects, including several in the aeronautics sector focusing on PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) frameworks by Siemens. My expertise also extends to managing PLM licenses for clients using systems like Windchill and Teamcenter.
In addition to my technical experience, I have served as a director at an insurance office for two years. In this role, I managed a team of 30 agents and successfully transitioned the office from traditional business practices to a digital environment, overseeing application management and IT support.
